CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A Clarksville man was recently sentenced to 10 years after he was found guilty of sexual exploitation of a minor.
TBI Agents began investigating 32-year-old Cecil Roy Kendall on August 17, 2014 as part of an investigation to identify subjects in Tennessee sharing child pornography on peer-to-peer networks.
Agents discovered that Kendall possessed and transmitted child pornography on his home computer.
A Montgomery County Grand Jury returned indictments for Kendall on April 6, 2015 charging him with three counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
According to court documents, Kendall was found guilty Nov. 13 and was sentenced to ten years with the Tennessee Department of Correction. He will be registered as a sex offender in the state of TN.
