ALLENSVILLE, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police (KSP) arrested a Clarksville man Wednesday for drug-related offenses.
Trooper Curtis Crick conducted a traffic stop on KY 102 around 4:31 p.m. and determined the driver, Ronald E. Chester, 58, of Clarksville was under the influence of drugs and was taken into custody. Upon searching the vehicle, Trooper Crick located several types of controlled medication not prescribed to Chester.
Chester was booked into the Todd County Jail and charged with the following offenses
1) DUI 1st Offense
2) Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense
3) Possession of Controlled Substance 2nd Degree
4) Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree
5) Prescription Controlled Substance Not In Proper Container 1st Offense
6) Failure to Wear Seat Belt
7) No Brake Lights
