CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A Clarksville man has been accused of stealing and making purchases with a church’s debit card.

An arrest warrant states that the victim, who is the account representative for Cabin Row Missionary Baptist Church, reported the theft/loss of the church’s debit card Sept. 19. The card was embossed with the name of the church as well as the account representative.

The pin number was also inscribed on the back of the card.

The victim told police several unauthorized charges appeared on the account. Statements show four charges were made at Kroger (110 Dover Crossing) ranging from 96 cents to $101.63.

Video surveillance from Kroger shows 29-year-old Donald Bradley Anderson using the card for these transactions. The victim was able to identify Anderson as someone she knew from the footage.

Anderson was charged with identity theft and booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
