CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Nashville Kats arena football team is considering moving to Clarksville for the 2026 season and holding their games at F&M Bank Arena, and the arena is looking for fan support to make it happen.
A packed playoff game at F&M Bank Arena demonstrated Clarksville’s passion for the sport, and the arena is now offering season ticket for a $26 deposit, according to a statement from the arena. If they can show enough interest with this new #KeepTheKats initiative, we could see the Kats move to Clarksville full-time. Deposits will secure priority seating for supporters, and they’re fully refundable if the Kats don’t play in Clarksville.

The Nashville Kats is the name of three separate franchises in the Arena Football League. The first incarnation of the Kats launched in 1997 and moved to Atlanta in 2002, becoming the original Georgia Force. The second incarnation of the Kats joined the league as an expansion team in 2005 and lasted two seasons. The third and current incarnation of the team plays at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium as part of the 2024 relaunch of the Arena Football League. After the team saw the response in Clarksville, we now have a shot at hosting them full-time.
The full cost of a season ticket starts at $90. To put down the $26 deposit, go to the #KeepTheKats season tickets site.
