The 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) and Fort Campbell will commemorate Memorial Day with a wreath laying ceremony at noon on Monday, May 26, at the division headquarters.
Maj. Gen. James C. McConville, commanding general, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), will host the event and provide brief remarks during the ceremony.
CLARKSVILLE-MONTGOMERY COUNTY
The Montgomery County Veterans Service Organization will host its annual Memorial Day Ceremony at 10 a.m., May 26, at Veterans Memorial Park, Clarksville.
City and county officials, as well as MCVSO staff will give remarks, with the keynote address given by Colonel Karen M. Darnell, United States Air Force, who currently serves as the state inspector general for the Tennessee National Guard.
Musical selections will be presented by Stella McKnight and the 101st Airborne Division Band, with posting of the colors by the 101st Airborne Division Honor Guard. Area Veterans Service Organizations will conduct a wreath- laying ceremony.
Veterans Memorial Park is located at 1300 Madison Street, at the rear of the Montgomery County Health Department, with parking available at Veterans Plaza. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held inside the William O. Beach Civic Hall, Veterans Plaza.

BACH
In honor of the national observance of Memorial Day, Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH) personnel will observe the federal holiday Monday, May 26, therefore all clinics and pharmacies will be closed. Hospital staff members will continue to provide acute and emergency medical care 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the Emergency Center and Inpatient Services.
All BACH Soldier and Family Centered Medical Homes will remain open normal business hours May 23 for Fort Campbell’s Day of No Scheduled Activities (DONSA) but will be operating with limited staffing; therefore patients may experience longer wait times for walk-in services. BACH’s main pharmacy within the hospital will offer services from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and the Town Center Pharmacy will offer services from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. while LaPointe and Byrd Pharmacies will be closed May 23.
Patients are encouraged to continue to use RelayHealth, the Army’s secure email messaging service, to communicate with their care team. Patients may also book appointments through www.tricareonline.com or through BACH’s Appointment Line at 270-798-HOSP (4677) or 931-431-HOSP.
