CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. â (CLARKSVILLENOW) The Clarksville High School gymnasium was the place and the Hometown Heroes Kickball Tournament was the event as eight local teams battled for the top spot and a chance to win $1,000 for the charity of their choice.

Great Balls of Fire â Montgomery County Emergency Medical Service
Mayorâs Misfits â Montgomery County Mayor Jim Durrett’s Office
Roll Tide â Clarksville Police Department
High School Teachers â Clarksville High School/Rossview High School
Bad News Bengals â Barksdale Elementary School
Pitches Be Trippin â Megan Lee and Associates
Kickin’ Brass â Clarksvlle Fire Rescue
The Kickin Brass team of firefighters came out blazing against the Mayorâs Misfits in the championship game and grabbed the trophy as well as the $1,000, which the firefighters decided to donate to the YMCAâs After Breast Cancer program. The firefighters are also planning to kick start their breast cancer awareness month t-shirt fundraiser.
The event was hosted by students from the Clarksville High School Academy of Business and Finance and the Chick-fil-A Leader Academy.
