CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – For the 12th year, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is hosting their Clarksville Festival of the Nativity, a community celebration of the birth of Jesus.

The festival features close to 500 Nativity scenes and Christ-themed artwork from all over the U.S. and other countries, all loaned to the church for the event, said church spokesperson Candy Austin.

Along with the self-guided tour and activities for children, a Christmas concert will be held featuring the Nashville Community Choir at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 4. There will also be musical performances on Sunday as well as a devotional.

Admission is free and it is open Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 4 and 5, from 4-8 pm.
