CLARKSVILLE, TN − Clarksville Parks & Recreation has announced the return of the Clarksville Downtown Market on May 10, 2025, just in time for Mother’s Day weekend.

The market will be open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., offering an array of goods and activities for families to enjoy together.

With a focus on celebrating mothers and all they do, the market will feature a lineup of vendors, including 24 farmers, 75 artisan vendors, and 12 food and drink concessionaires.

Whether visitors are searching for fresh flowers, unique gifts, or farm-fresh produce, they are sure to find something special for mom at the Clarksville Downtown Market.

The popular Sensory Station will return this season (booth numbers 71 and 72). This innovative space is supported by qualified organizations and designed to provide an environment for those experiencing sensory overload, offering activities such as bubbles, play-doh, kinetic sand, and more.

In addition to the traditional market offerings, patrons can enjoy the Food Court located in the heart of the market. Complete with live music, food trucks, and a covered seating area, the Food Court promises to be a place where visitors can relax and enjoy delicious meals while soaking in the festive atmosphere.

Families with young children will delight in the Petting Zoo & Pony Rides, provided by Pony Pals Party Ponies. Located in the animal corner, patrons can feed and pet the friendly animals or take a ride on a pony.

“Each season brings new energy to the Clarksville Downtown Market, and this year is no exception,” said Jennifer Letourneau, Director of Clarksville Parks & Recreation. “We’re excited to return with a full lineup of local vendors, special events, and community-focused experiences that make Saturday mornings in Downtown Clarksville something to look forward to.”

“We are extremely proud of the Downtown Market, which has become an award-winning feature attraction of our outstanding Parks and Recreation Department, and the City of Clarksville, in Spring, Summer, and Fall,” said Clarksville Mayor Joe Pitts. “We invite everyone to come to Public Square on Saturdays and experience the unique flavor of our farmers market.”
