GREENSBORO, NC. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Clarksville AAU program is celebrating after a big win by the 10U team. The Clarksville Crossovers competed in the highly competitive AAU Boys Basketball 10U National Championships July 9-13.

AAU Basketball National Championships feature some of the top teams in the nation. The Crossovers competed in the 10U DII Division in Greensboro, NC.

Clarksville Crossovers 2027 headed into Pool Play with two big wins versus DMV Heat 76-41 and RDC Lakers 64-18.

In Championship play they beat 6th Man Warriors 10U and Team Thrill to move on to the final four. There they suffered a frustrating loss to T.J Lakers by only four points.

In the 3rd Place game the Clarksville Crossovers came back strong beating the Louisiana Jaguars 78-58.

The team is coached by Lorenzo Wells and Huey Johnson. Players include: Tylin George, Bryce Garnett, Johathan Johnson, Montavuis Clardy, Demaruis Simons, LJ Funk, Austin Jones, Kohl Ward, and Kio’Voney Gilmore!
