CLARKSVILLE, TN – A contingent delegation of Clarksville Civitan Club members, Derek Eurales Jr (Immediate Past-President ’21- ‘22), Donna Sabash (Secretary and Past–President ’19-’20), Rebecca and Steve Zuercher (President –Elect ‘23- ‘24), attended the 103rd Civitan International Convention Aug. 17-20 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Taking place in Indy the theme was “Full Throttle” and filled with racing décor, themes, and innuendo!
Packed into the four days was the Breakthru Golf Tournament of which Steve Zuercher team placed 4th overall. Filled with lots of food, information sessions, networking and sharing, the Clarksville Civitan Club was surprised when their name was called at the “Membership Extravaganza.”
After the initial shock of surprise, Donna Sabash, Rebecca and Steve Zuercher went to the winner’s circle and received the award banner for “Highest Club Growth” 2021-2022, along with “fake champagne,” flowers and #1 winners ribbons.
