CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The concert choir at Clarksville Christian School was invited to perform in the Christmas Candlelight Procession concert at Walt Disney World.

The choir will have two performances at Walt Disney World on December, 4 2015.

The Christmas Candlelight Processional is the largest show in the parks for the Christmas season. They will join with other choirs and the professional orchestra to sing twelve songs, including a finale of the Hallelujah Chorus form Handel’s Messiah.

The choir will also present this program at the CCS Christmas Concert on December 14, to be held in the school gymnasium.

Choir director Matthew Johnson states, “Of all the things my former choir members have said they remember most fondly about choir, it was performing on stage at Disney with a professional orchestra in the biggest show of the season.”

The students will leave on December 2 and return December 6. If anyone would like to financially help a student attend, please contact the school office at 931-647-8180.
