CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Close to 55 local businesses came together, Tuesday, October 1 for the Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce Business to Business Expo at the Wilma Rudolph Event Center. It was the Chamber’s first business expo which featured Clarksville’s small and home based businesses.
The event was an excellent opportunity for a large group of businesses to display their brands, goods and services in an open venue. One of the highlights of the evening was a drawing for a $600 Christmas Getaway Package to the Opryland Hotel donated by 5-Star Radio Group which was won by Taylor Rather of Doghouse Computers.
Melinda Shepard, Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce talked about the Business to Business Expo. “It’s just a way that we can help small businesses and businesses that don’t have a store front showcase their goods and services. We also want the businesses here to work together business to business,” said Shepard.
