CLARKSVILLE, Tenn (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Clarksville Crossovers 2026 AAU boys’ basketball team finished runner up at the U.S. Amateur Nationals in Emerson, Georgia on July 20. The tournament featured high-level competition with teams from around the country competing.

The Crossovers recorded a 1-2 record in pool play, falling to Florida Phenom and Atlanta Tapout. Their win came against the ELW Thunder, who entered the tournament ranked 34th in the nation.

Jacquez Scott led the Crossovers against the ELW Thunder with a team high of 16 points.

The Crossovers then defeated the Gainesville Stampede before losing to the Gulf Coast Warriors in the Division II national title game.

Braydon Kirk scored 15 points while Kelvin Ladner Jr. had nine points, nine rebounds and two blocks in the Crossovers’ 55-46 semifinal victory. Both received All-Tournament Team honors in their respected age divisions.

The Team is coached by Keith Richburg and Antonio Albury. Players include Jacquez Scott, Kelvin Ladner Jr, Braydon Kirk, Kobe Richburg, Chris Middleton, Terrance Short, Seth Crotzer, Jay Bradley and Tony Albury.
