CLARKSVILLE, TN − The Clarksville Association of Realtors, in recognition of National Homeownership Month, is excited to announce the second year of Unlock Clarksville: A Day of Open House Adventures from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 7. The Clarksville Association of Realtors Young Professionals Network (CAR YPN) is hosting the event, which includes Scavenger Hunt Bingo with a grand prize giveaway.
Raven Morrison, 2025 Chair of the Young Professional’s Network, is looking forward to what this event will provide for the Clarksville-Montgomery County community. “CAR YPN is proud to announce a citywide day of open houses, offering prospective homebuyers a unique opportunity to tour a wide selection of homes for sale across the community. This event supports neighborhood growth, promotes homeownership, and connects residents with local real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, closing agencies, and home inspectors – helping strengthen the fabric of our vibrant city.”
The Clarksville-Montgomery County area typically has an average of 1,500 single-family homes available for sale each month. The real estate market in this area is experiencing rapid growth, with a notable increase in both home sales and property values. The Clarksville Association of Realtors President Stephanie Meek wants to share her enthusiasm for this event and encourages all community members to participate. “I can’t wait for Unlock Clarksville! Last year was a huge success with great food, fun giveaways, and amazing homes — I’m excited to see what this year brings.”
