CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Clarksville kicked off the Christmas season Saturday with the annual Lighted Christmas Parade, Christmas Tree Lighting and SpiritFest.

This year’s parade included about 90 entries, featuring floats, marching bands and festive displays throughout downtown.

Ahead of the parade, SpiritFest offered live music, kids’ activities, food trucks and the chance for guests to take photos with Santa.

First Presbyterian Church hosted a live Nativity complete with costumes and animals. Following SpiritFest, the Downtown Commons Christmas tree was lit.

Crowds gathered along the parade route to enjoy the festive floats and displays. The event was emceed by 5 Star Media Group radio personality Lee Erwin.
