SpiritFest offered a live Nativity scene, painting, group activities and more. The Montgomery County Christmas tree was lit by County Mayor Wes Golden at Downtown Commons. First Presbyterian Church, Trinity Episcopal Church and the Downtown Commons hosted a variety of activities. Santa offered photo opportunities, and the streets were filled with food trucks.

The Lighted Christmas Parade, hosted by the City of Clarksville and Montgomery County, included floats, bands and vehicle displays all decked out with holiday lights. The parade started at Austin Peay State University and went through downtown.

5 Star Media Group radio personality Kyle King served as this year’s parade emcee. This year’s parade theme was holiday songs. Montgomery County’s proceeds went to YAIPak Outreach, and the City of Clarksville donated its proceeds to Gold Star families.
