CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Academy for Academic Excellence will host its Annual Chili Supper and Silent Auction Thursday, Oct. 24 from 5-7 p.m.
All proceeds will go to the Mercy E. Yrabedra Memorial Scholarship Fund to benefit special needs students. The cost per person is $10.00 and carry out is available. The Academy of Academic Excellence is located at 2134 Old Ashland City Road in Clarksville. To donate items for the silent auction or provide assistance, contact the Academy at 931-647-9831.
“Mercy was a great champion for all children, especially those students with special needs,” said State Rep. Joe Pitts. “Her life’s work and legacy is being carried out every day at the Academy for Academic Excellence.”
