Charlie Birney, age 76 of Dover, TN passed away February 7, 2021, at Diversicare of Dover. He was born March 27, 1944, in Canton, OH the son of the late Kenneth and Dawn Birney. Charles retired from a Publishing Company as a filing clerk. He was a life-long member of the United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law; Paul Kenneth and Judy Birney of Dover, TN, and sister; Sue Birney, Canton, OH.
Charles’s family is forever grateful to Diversicare for their caring, compassion, and professionalism during his stay.
