Charles Burgess, age 47, of Whiteville, TN passed away Thursday, September 11, 2014.
Visitation will be from noon until 8 p.m. on Friday, September 19, 2014 with the family present at Foston Funeral Home. Family and Friends Tribute will be from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. and the funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 20, 2014 at the Church of Christ at Trenton Crossing 2650 Trenton Road Clarksville, TN. Internment will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
Charles was born August 28,1967 in Clarksville to Arthur James Burgess and Dr. Joe Ann Burgess. He was a 1985 graduate of Clarksville High School and completed his B.S. in agriculture at Austin Peay State University and was a member of the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity. He was owner and operator of Burgess Equestrian Services. He is preceded in death by grandparents James and Odell Burgess, Rudolph Mallory, and his mother-in-law, Sally Williams Delgado.
