CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce welcomed PenFed (Pentagon Federal Credit Union) to the Clarksville-Fort Campbell community during a ribbon cutting Tuesday, August 6.
Annette Kalinowski, Branch Manager of the new PenFed said they were excited to be in the Clarksville area. “We’ve got a lot of members in the Clarksville/Nashville area and that’s what brought PenFed to this area to serve our members that are affiliated with Fort Campbell, Kalinowski said.
Kalinowski said that PenFed has been around for many years offering excellent rates and products for their members and added that PenFed really stays with the core values of a credit union by giving back to its members and giving back to the community through service.
There is also the PenFed Foundation which is separate from PenFed Credit Union that provides grant money to first time home buyers up to $5,000. Grant money is also available for Military Heroes which is anyone who has suffered an injury or illness in Iraq or Afghanistan.
