CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – It’s that time of year, tax season is here and the Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce welcomed CPA Xpress Tax, PLC as a member Wednesday, January 8 in a ribbon cutting ceremony on Fort Campbell Boulevard.
The parent company of CPA Xpress Tax is Stone, Rudolph & Henry, PLC in Clarksville and their expertise backs CPA Xpress Tax. Tom Henry with Stone, Rudolph and Henry says that CPA Xpress Tax is designed to be more of a retail operation than a CPA firm but CPA Xpress Tax is registered with the state of Tennessee as a CPA firm.
“We decided to enter the market because we think we can offer a lot of expertise and still be very competitive in the market place being able to process refunds as quickly as the government will allow. We’re as fast as anyone out there as far as getting people’s money back fro them,” said Henry.
Henry added that their firm has partnered with Austin Peay State University, all of their tax preparers are college educated and have been trained by the professionals at Stone, Rudolph & Henry. All of the tax returns that are prepared are reviewed by an employee of the CPA firm before being sent to the Internal Revenue Service.
