CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) The Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce hosted the 25th Annual Veterans Day Breakfast Saturday at Austin Peay’s Morgan University Center. Close to 200 were in attendance to hear keynote speaker CW5 Dave Cooper (Retired) talk about his service in the U.S. Army. The Clarksville Kiwanis Club also featured their winners in their Interview a Veteran Essay Contest.
The high school winner was JROTC Cadet Cyrus Kamali, a 9th grader at West Creek High School and the middle school winner was Brady Sims, a 6th grader at Richview Middle School.
