Cecelia Lynne Surface, age 50, of Clarksville, passed away Friday, September 9, 2016, at Signature Healthcare.
Cecelia was born July 9, 1966, in Nashville, TN, to the late James B. Kane and Edna R. Webb Kane.
No service is planned, and her remains are to be cremated.
She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Lynne Scarbro of Englewood, NJ; and two brothers, Christopher Surface of Smyrna, TN and Anthony Surface of Hawaii.
