CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Clarksville Department of Electricity Lightband reports that 4,311 customers remain without power as of 5 p.m. Tuesday as crews work to restore electric service to more than 32,000 homes and businesses knocked out by Saturday’s severe storm.
“We are currently focusing on the north side of town, especially the New Providence area,” said Brian Taylor, CDE Lightband General Manager. “We continue to replace broken poles in these areas, which makes our power restoration a slow process.”
Here is a list of the streets and neighborhoods that will be getting attention Tuesday:
- Chapel Street and Power Street.
- Lealand Drive, Charlemagne and Morrison Drive areas off
- Dover Road.
- Dover Road, Lafayette Road, and Freestone.
- Downer Drive, /Hillsboro Road and Yorktown.
- Preston Drive and Binks Drive.
