With this option, customers no longer receive a paper bill, but gain access to many new account features such as billing alerts and notifications via email or text, detailed energy usage charts, up to 24 months of electronic billing statements, and secure online payment options, available 24/7.

Paperless bill delivery and online customer account management is handled through CDE Lightband’s website at www.cdelightband.com under the My Account tab.

Customers who enroll in paperless billing also get the benefit of receiving their bill faster, without waiting on standard mail delivery. The electronic bill can then be printed or saved for record keeping and includes the same detail provided on a paper bill.
