The Rossview Hawks traveled to exit one for a district matchup with the Eagles at Northeast High. While the game was close through one half, the Hawks exploded in the second half, scoring four goals in a span of ten minutes to pull away, and earning a 7-0 victory.

Fort Campbell quarterback and defensive back Jacaryous Perryman has been named Clarksville Now’s Player of the Week for his performance in the Falcons’ upset of Madisonville-North.

The Beech Buccanears volleyball team traveled to exit 8 for a matchup with the Cobras at Kirkwood high school. While Kirkwood l battled Beech won in straight sets, 3-0.

The Red River Spartans kicked off their season with a 5-3 victory over the Columbus Mavericks on Friday at F&M Bank Arena.

The Hopkinsville Tigers, coming off a huge rivalry victory against Christian County, visited Hilda J. Richardson field for a matchup with the undefeated Wildcats at Clarksville High School.

 The West Creek Coyotes traveled to the Castle at Kenwood High School for a rivalry showdown, the battle of Peachers Mill, with the Knights. A low scoring, messy defensive battle, where turnovers ended up being the difference, and the Coyotes would collect the win after a late second half touchdown, 13-6.

The undefeated Madisonville-North Maroons walked into Fryar Stadium facing a Fort Campbell team that hadn’t won a game. They walked out of the stadium stunned.

The new Red River Spartans, Clarksville’s hockey team, will have its debut matches on the main ice in the F&M Bank Arena this weekend.
