TSSAA has announced the classifications, districts, and regions for the 2025-2027 cycle of high school sports. There are a few notable changes in the Clarksville Area, so let’s take a look at where everyone now sits.
Clarksville High School hosted a signing ceremony on Wednesday, Nov. 13, for four student-athletes signing to play their sport in college.
After an upset win over Butler University this past Friday, the Austin Peay State University basketball team picked up yet another impressive win over the Chattanooga Mocs on Monday, Nov. 11. The Governors won by a score of 67-61, which pushes them to their first 3-0 start since 2000.
The Kirkwood Cobras hosted the Bartlett Panthers for Kirkwood’s first playoff game in school history.
The Fort Campbell Falcons hosted the Caldwell County Tigers for a first round playoff matchup at Fryar Stadium.
The Clarksville Wildcats welcomed in the Germantown Red Devils to Hilda J. Richardson field for round one of the playoffs.
Kirkwood High sophomore quarterback Miles Reding has been named one of the five semi-finalists in the state of Tennessee for the TSSAA 6A Mr. Football Award. He is the first Clarksville area semi-finalist since DJ Merriweather, who won the award with Clarksville Academy in 2022.
