Northwest High senior forward Grace Fuuau has been named the Clarksville Now Player of the Week following her all-around performance in the paint during the week of Jan. 20.

The Clarksville High School baseball team was awarded the Class 4A Field of the Year Award yesterday afternoon by the Tennessee Baseball Coaches Assocation. The Kenwood High Unified Bowling team has won the 2025 TSSAA State Unified Bowling Championship. They’re the first unified state champions in Montgomery County history.

Kenwood High School senior forward Yazmine Pearson has been named the Clarksville Now Player of the Week following her dominant performance in the paint during the week of January 13. During that timeframe, the Lady Knights picked up a key district win over West Creek, and Pearson surpassed 1,000-career points.

The Clarksville High Lady Wildcats hosted the Rossview Hawks at a packed William Workman Gymnasium for a rivalry matchup between two of the top girls’ basketball teams in the city. In the end, Clarksville High dominated defensively and pulled away with a 46-18 win

The Clarksville High Wildcats hosted the Rossview Hawks for a rivalry showdown in front of a sold-out William Workman Gymnasium. It was close early on, however, the Wildcat’s effort and grit, and 17 points from Sheldon Huber, powered them past the Hawks for a 61-46 victory.
