The Rossview High Hawks traveled to Collierville High School for a three-game series with the Dragons, and a trip to the state tournament on the line. The two sides had previously split the first two games of the series, and here’s how game three played out for the Hawks.

The Wildcats took the lead early, but the game ended up being tied late before Rossview’s Luke Ramsey netted the go-ahead goal in the 74th minute to clinch the Hawks fourth consecutive region title.

Clarksville High School (33-6) played host to Houston (28-13) in a best-of-three series for the Class AAAA sectionals on Wednesday with a state tournament berth on the line.

The Rossview Hawks traveled to Dickson County High School on Wednesday for the Region 7-4A championship softball game against the Cougars.

The Clarksville Academy Cougars hosted the Evangelical Christian Eagles for a best-of-three series in the Division II-A state baseball tournament elite eight on Wednesday.
