The Clarksville High Wildcats hosted game two of a best-of-three sub-state series against the Houston Mustangs. The Wildcats as the designated away team this time, built a lead early and never relented, winning 13-4, and forcing a winner-takes-all game three on Friday at 4:30.

The Clarksville High Wildcats traveled to Exit 8 for the region 7-3A championship against the Rossview Hawks, their third matchup of the season. The Wildcats took the lead early, but the game ended up being tied late before Rossview’s Luke Ramsey netted the go-ahead goal in the 74th minute to clinch the Hawks fourth consecutive region title.

Clarksville High School (33-6) played host to Houston (28-13) in a best-of-three series for the Class AAAA sectionals on Wednesday with a state tournament berth on the line.

The Clarksville Academy Cougars hosted the Evangelical Christian Eagles for a best-of-three series in the Division II-A state baseball tournament elite eight on Wednesday.

The Clarksville Wildcats traveled to West Creek High School for the Region 7-3A soccer semifinals on Tuesday.

The Kirkwood Cobras hosted the Dickson County Cougars for the Region 7- 4A tournament semifinals on Tuesday.
