The state of Tennessee is planning to give schools a grade of A to F in order to increase accountability.
The scholarship is awarded on an annual basis.
Scholarships will be based on academic achievement, personal achievement, and community involvement – not financial need.
The deadline to submit applications is January 31, 2017.
The Clarksville Montgomery County School Board approved a rezoning recommendation on January 10, 2017.
The group has created a petition and needs 1,000 signatures.
