One person was killed and another injured in a shooting Sunday night at a nightclub parking lot on Fort Campbell Boulevard.

The Clarksville Police Department is investigating a vehicle theft that occurred earlier this week on Zurich Court.

The juvenile suspect who was arrested for his involvement in the attempted first-degree-murder of a 15-year-old in Clarksville last year will be tried as an adult.

The incident began when a deputy investigating a stolen vehicle at the B&L Market on College Street tried to make contact with the driver. The deputy got involved in an altercation, and the deputy fired shots.

Clarksville Police are looking for two suspects in a home invasion last month at Bell Crossing, off of Dunlop Lane.

As the investigation into the murder of a Fort Campbell soldier continues, new details surrounding the cause of her death have emerged, including that she was stabbed dozens of times.

In the late evening of Monday, July 1, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Deputies assisted another law enforcement entity attempting to initiate a traffic stop on a vehicle as part of an ongoing investigation. However, the vehicle ended up fleeing, and striking several other vehicles in the pursuit. 

CPD is asking for the public’s help identifying several suspects involved in two vehicle burglaries and an identity theft case.
