The second suspect in the Excell Market armed robbery case was taken into custody July 14, 2017 around 11:57 am.
The former Maury County teacher, who is accused of kidnapping a 15-year-old student and travelling to northern California, is currently set to go to trial on July 25.
The teens live near the subdivision and allegedly walked around the area looking for unlocked vehicles.
Police are trying to identify the suspect.
The vehicle was stopped on I-24 in Christian County.
