The Clarksville Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating an unidentified man who reportedly stole multiple packages from a victim’s doorway on Professional Park Drive. 

Vincent Coleman of Clarksville was arrested for aggravated child abuse and felony murder of a 2-month-old baby in Clarksville.
