CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Over 60,000 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered […]

It might have seemed like Clarksville was rounding the bend on the COVID-19 pandemic, but cases are continuing to rise.

The memorial ceremony at McGregor Park with white flags offered a place for those who have lost a loved one to COVID-19 will know they are not alone.

COVID-19 cases have risen slightly since last week despite the vaccine rollout, but it is still a significant decrease from last month’s numbers.

Several pharmacies and groceries have joined the Montgomery County Health Department in offering COVID-19 vaccines

The Mayor’s Youth Council will convene from 10 a.m. to noon Friday, April 2 at McGregor Park to remember the 214 local lives lost to COVID-19.

The Montgomery County Health Department along with other health departments across Tennessee, is now booking appointments for all individuals 16 and older who wish to receive COVID-19 vaccinations.

The vaccine rollout in Clarksville-Montgomery County is still moving quite slowly compared to other, similarly sized counties.
