CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.- The “Casual for a Cause “Campaign is an extension of the Education Foundation’s Annual CMCSS Employee Giving Campaign which equated to nearly $37,000 in funds raised last month from CMCSS employees.
The Education Foundation is now providing the local community an opportunity to purchase a United for Public Education t-shirt to be worn anytime during American Education Week, November 16-20 at your workplace, church or as an individual.
For $20, community members can order a “United for Public Education” t-shirt to show support for and pride in Public Education during American Education Week, November 16-20. All proceeds from t-shirt sales will go towards the Education Foundation Endowment. Join the Foundation by taking the following steps: (All orders are due on or before October 26th)
• As an organization, select one day during the week of November 16-20 for all employees participating to wear the “United for Public Education” t-shirt.
• Notify the Education Foundation office that your organization plans to participate. (Workplace fliers will be sent for use on Casual for a Cause day)
• Option 1: Submit your final t-shirt order as an entire workplace here: Company Order Form . Companies may also use this Order Tracking Form for easier distribution of t-shirts by department.
• Option 2: Order as an individual here by credit card purchase:
Individual Orders (shirts can be picked up Nov. 12-13 only. None will be mailed)
• Take photos as a group, a department or as an individual and post to social media with #United4PublicEducation and/or #Casual4aCause.
