The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Wolfpack Fugitive Apprehension are seeking information to help find a man wanted on numerous charges including carrying a deadly weapon, theft of property and failure to appear.
Ricky Norris Pennington, 44, is a white male, 6-foot 4-inches tall, weighing 240 pounds, with hazel eyes and black/gray hair. His last known residence was in Cadiz, Ky.
