Carter Billy Zacarias Barlow, age 2 months, passed away on March 12, 2024. He was born on December 25, 2023 in Nashville, TN to Anthony and Destiny Barlow.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Esten Alexander Lara; maternal grandparents: Christina (Brandon) Spratt and Joshua Lowery; paternal grandparents, Norman and Maria Barlow; and maternal great-grandparents: Jerry and Linda Lowery, Lucille (Gerald) Lowery, and Timothy Wright.
