A Celebration of Life service for Carolyn Marie Gudenkauf, 87, of Clarksville, will be Monday, October 11, 2021, at 1  p.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the time of service.

Carolyn was born in Topeka, KS on February 21, 1934, to Ivan and JoAnne Watson Browning and passed away on October 1, 2021. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and enjoyed playing Bingo and dominoes. Carolyn loved volunteering at her church and Loaves & Fishes.

In addition to her parents, Carolyn is preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, John Henry Gudenkauf; and siblings: William Browning, Charles Browning, Robert Browning, Elizabeth Zeller, Helen Oelke, Frances Thomas, and Dorothy Marsh. She is survived by her daughters: Jennie Neblett, Kathy (James) Benne, Patty (David) Lindberg, and Donna Gudenkauf; siblings: twin sister, Kathy Cox, Martha Kennedy, Jan Gessler, and Margaret Stanley; 5 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren with one on the way.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Loaves & Fishes charity.
