Dr. Carlos José Gómez Pezzotti, age 63, of the Dominican Republic, passed away on June 19, 2024.
Services will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until the time of service.
Carlos was born on September 27, 1960 in the Dominican Republic, to Fausto Gómez and Rossina Pezzotti who preceded him in death. He was a physician in the Dominican Republic with a spirit for serving others including his family, friends, and the community. Carlos had a passion for learning and loved to conduct research. He enjoyed reading and target shooting as well.
Carlos is survived by his loving wife, Inmaculada Feliz; son, Jose Gómez and his wife, Connie; granddaughter, Ellie Gómez; and siblings: Fausto, Vicky, Jocha, Tony, and Consuelo.
Arrangements are in the care of Sykes Funeral Home Crematory.
