Carl Wayne Bartley, age 33 of Mooresburg, TN, passed away on Friday, June 26, 2020, in Nashville. He was born on December 23, 1986, in Pikeville, KY to Carl E. and Rita (Jones) Bartley. He is survived by his father, Carl E Bartley of Mooresburg.
