CLARKSVILLE, TN – The Clarksville Association of Realtors (CAR) Diversity Committee is hosting a Community Housing Fair on April 2 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the William O. Beach Civic Center (350 Pageant Lane, Suite 201).

CAR’s Community Housing Fair celebrates Fair Housing Month by beginning with a foundation of diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility.

This event features speakers and industry experts discussing the current housing market, step by step guides on purchasing a home, existing rent relief measures, THDA programs, credit repair, the Clarksville-Montgomery County Comprehensive plan, grant funding available through the City of Clarksville’s office of Neighborhood and Community Services, available programs through United Way of the Greater Clarksville Region, and many others.

Booths will be set up, staffed and available for the entirety of the event. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn, ask questions, and connect with resources provided by Realtors, lenders, and other industry professionals.

Complimentary light refreshments will be available throughout the day for all attendees.

The event is free to the public and all parties are welcome.
