MURRAY, KY. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) A camera across from a dorm at Murray State University in Kentucky captured the moment that an explosion damaged a dorm and injured an employee.
The blast caused extensive damage, gutting the ground floor and damaging part of the second floor.
Dakota Fields a graduate of the university was working in the unused dorm when the blast occurred.
Investigators say the explosion is believed to have been related to a natural gas release.
