Brooksie N. Robertson, age 89 of Granite City, IL passed away April 8, 2021, at her residence. She was born December 31, 1931, the daughter of the late Willie and Lilly Cobb Hargis of Bumpus Mills, TN.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Robertson; brother, Odell Hargis; sisters, Bonnie Rose, Jewel Simpson, Margie Ezell.
She is survived by her son, Timothy (Mary) Robertson and Tonya (Keith) Goff; four grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
Visitation will be Thursday, April 15, 2021, beginning at 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Anglin Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Friday, April 16, 2021, at 1 p.m. at Anglin Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Greenhill Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
