A Celebration of Life for Brenda Kay Barr, age 75, of Clarksville, TN, will be Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until the time of service.
Brenda was born on July 4, 1949 in Clarksville to Lawrence and Myrtle Gibbs. She passed away on October 27, 2024. Brenda loved God, reading her daily scriptures, and paint-by-numbers. Her legacy that she leaves behind is one of love, loyalty, faith, and friendship.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Michael Gibbs. Brenda is survived by her husband of 53 years, Ronald Barr Sr.; sons, Ronald Barr Jr. and Donald Barr; grandson, Dustin Barr and his wife Carissa; great-grandchildren: Nathaniel, Brynlee, Maeve, Nylah, and Iris; and brother, John Gibbs.
