CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Big Brothers Big Sisters of Clarksville (BBBS) will once again host its Bowl for Kids’ Sake fundraiser.

Bowl for Kids’ Sake is scheduled for Saturday, April 6, at the Pinnacle and the theme this year is racing.

The community is invited to sign up to help a child reach the victory lane by raising money for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Clarksville. Participants can create a team with friends or coworkers or sign up as an individual bowler to be put on a team. Individuals are asked to raise or donate at least $50 and teams of 5 raise at least $250. Donations can be gathered online or in-person.

Each team will be assigned a time slot and receive a free T-shirt, an hour on the lanes, door prizes and more.

BBBS is a mentoring nonprofit that pairs youth facing adversity with adults who are there to ignite their potential and show them how to reach further to achieve more in life. BBBS currently supports 52 children in the Montgomery County community. The agency has a goal to serve 100 children in 2019.

“Bowl for Kids’ Sake helps fund our efforts and ensure more children have a mentor helping them race toward a brighter future,” said Kimberly Miller, BBBS Board President and US Bank Assistant Vice President.
