CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Fright on Franklin, the City’s annual Halloween festival will take place Saturday, October 25 in Downtown Clarksville from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.
At this time, Clarksville Parks & Recreation is accepting applications from area businesses that would like to participate by distributing candy. Space is limited and booths are filled on a first come, first served basis.
Interested businesses should contact Jenna Tyler at jenna.tyler@cityofclarksville.com for an application. Booth spaces are free, but businesses are required to decorate their booth and provide at least 4,000 pieces of candy for trick-or-treaters. Additional rules and regulations are available with the application.
Fright on Franklin will also feature costume contests, fall activities, food vendors and more. Costume contest registration will be announced at a later date.
