CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Erica Jackson Honeycutt, author of “Breathless: My NSIP Story,” will have a book signing event this month in Clarksville.
“At the age of 26, I was diagnosed with a rare chronic lung disease known as nonspecific interstitial pneumonia,” Honeycutt said. “NSIP is an interstitial lung disease that develops when the body’s immune system doesn’t recognize its own lungs and starts to attack them. As you can imagine, this has changed my life drastically, and I have had to face and overcome a lot of challenges.”
Honeycutt, of Clarksville, said she wrote “Breathless” “to spread awareness about the disease and to bring hope to others fighting this battle.”

The book signing will be Saturday, March 27, from 10 a.m. to noon at Get Some Coffee off of Exit 1 on Trenton Road.
