CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW.COM) Clarksville Police say a deceased person found at Tobacco Road and Jack Miller Blvd. had been struck by a vehicle.

According to Officer Natalie Hall, officers were called to the scene Saturday at approximately 4:34 pm. The victim has been identified as 32-year-old Joshua Anthony Hooper from Clarksville.

The victim’s girlfriend, Katisha Sullivan, has been charged with Criminal Homicide

An arrest warrant for Sullivan states that evidence at the scene indicated that the victim was struck by a vehicle at a high rate of speed.

Investigators determined that Hooper lived nearby at Patriot Park with his Sullivan, who investigators said was his girlfriend.

When police located Sullivan, they found damage and blood on the front end of her vehicle. Sullivan told police during questioning that she had been in an altercation with Hooper and admitted to hitting him with her vehicle.

Sullivan was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on a $2 million bond.
