CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Police found a body in a wooded area in a Greenwood Avenue neighborhood Sunday morning.
At approximately 11:13 a.m., Clarksville Police responded to Daniel Street near Laurent Lane following a 911 call reporting a body in the wooded area. Officers and emergency medical personnel located an individual who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives from the Special Operations Homicide Unit responded and were actively investigating. No further information has been released.
